Bring your family, friends, neighbours, or co-workers to walk or run any distance you want for hospice palliative
and end-of-life care.
Desert Valley Hospice Society's Hikes
Where: Osoyoos: Canal Walking Trail
starting near Osoyoos Secondary School
Oliver: Lions Park and Oliver Hike & Bike Path
Registration, Food & Fun
Registration 12:00 pm and Hike starts at 12:30 pm
Distance: 1K, 5K or 10K. The paths are suitable for all ages and abilities.
Registration $10 or FREE if you have pledges. Children 12 and under are free. Please try to get pledges as this is our major fundraising event. Pledge forms can be picked up around our towns or at our office.

Maureen Parriott, MSW, RSW, FCP
Maureen holds a Masters Degree in Social Work, a Bachelors Degree in Communications and Fine Arts and a Fellowship in Child Psychotherapy.
Maureen has been involved in many organizations and projects in both Oliver and Osoyoos and has great passion
and commitment to people and animals. She has been a resident of the Osoyoos area for 16 years and she enjoys her mustang horses, dogs and cats
on her hobby farm.
