Advance Care Planning
The Desert Valley Hospice Society
has developed a program to support people in planning for end-of-life.
Led by a team of trained professionals, this program is available
to anyone in our communities, regardless of age or health status.
We advocate for everyone to have
an Advance Care Plan in place.
