The Hike for Hospice is our main fundraising event and brings in over $10,000 of revenue that we depend on to help patients and families in all of our programs.
You and your health are important to us.
We are changing to a virtual hike to keep you, our volunteers, and our staff safe!
Share your online fundraising page with friends and family. Join together virtually for a 1km, 5km, 10km walk, run or bike ride. Go to a nearby park, walk or ride on our Hike and Bike paths, or even in your home. Walk your dog! Grab your family! And help raise much needed funds to support Desert Valley Hospice Society! Send us photos and videos of you hiking or biking. You can email your photos to info@desertvalleyhospice.org or tag us on Facebook, using #hike4hospiceDVHS. We will be running this virtual event throughout the next 55 days and announcing the fundraising total on May 31st.
We would like to encourage all participants to create their own poster sharing why/who they are hiking for.
